Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga students are expected to memorize a sequence and to practice in the same room as others without being led by the teacher.
Practicing yoga is the best way to be in harmony with yourself and feel good.
